About Me
After graduating from Goldsmiths University of London with a degree in Fine Art in 2016, I went on to complete my dream of studying MA Art Psychotherapy at Leeds Beckett Art Psychotherapy Northern Programme in 2017.
From a young age, I have told stories through drawing, so when I discovered Art Therapy at 14 I knew this is how I wanted to support others.

Through my MA Training I became particularly interested in Trauma and how our survival responses can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies and sense of self. I became passionate about art making's ability to help us tell our stories in an unconscious way, and reconnect parts of us that were splintered through survival.

Alongside my private practice, I also work for Beacon House, a specialist trauma service here in Sussex.

I live in Sussex with my partner and our adventurous Ragdoll cat Percy.
The time will come when,
with elation,
you will greet yourself arriving at your own door,
in your own mirror and each will smile at the other’s welcome,
and say, sit here.
Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was yourself.
Give wine. Give bread, Give back your heart to itself,
to the stranger who has loved you all your life,
whom you ignored for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf the photographs, the desperate notes, peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
